Caroline!

Happy Valentine’s Day Sweet Girl!

We did our Valentine Celebrating this past weekend! I decided we would make homemade Dinner and Dessert for Daddy’s Valentine from us! This way you got to be a big part of putting everything together for Daddy’s Valentine and it just made our celebration that much more special!

We started off our Valentine Adventures with a quick trip to Great American Cookie Company! Daddy always gets a cookie Cake for Valentine’s day! Then we picked up lunch for Daddy and we headed over to Best Buy to eat with him! Well, I discovered that you do not keep secrets very well…The first thing you said to him was, “Daddy! We got you a BIG Cookie and a present today for Valentine’s Day!” It was funny and precious even though it was no longer a surprise.

After out little lunch date we home to start on the Valentine Dinner! First we started with our cupcakes! Really I should take “We” out of this because you did 90% of the cupcake making by yourself! I was very impressed with your baking skills! The only thing I did was the egg white separation and I helped you with frosting the cupcakes! You were very detail oriented and focused on your cupcakes! They turned out delicious and just as cute as could be!

After the cupcakes were in the oven we got the kitchen table all set up for our Valentine’s Dinner for Daddy!

It turned out looking pretty good ! Then it was time to start making dinner! We decided on Spaghetti and made homemade (from scratch) spaghetti sauce. You chopped the vegetables in the chopper and you browned the meat for the sauce! Two words , Caroline Crocker!

Daddy came home and he was just thrilled with his Valentine Surprise from us! Not long after he got home the Thomas-Peevy’s stopped by for a brief Valentine’s visit! You and Gracyn exchanged Valentine’s and played for a little bit while the rest of us enjoyed your yummy cupcakes and visited!

Then it was time sit down and enjoys our Valentine’s Dinner! It was pretty tasty! A Perfect Valentine’s Dinner! Salad, Spaghetti, and Garlic Cheesy Bread! After Dinner we all ate some of Daddy’s Cookie Cake and cupcakes! Then it was time for Daddy and you to opens your Valentine’s Gifts!

Daddy loved his all of his gifts. You got him some new flips flops and a new pair of Sunglasses and I got him a new shirt! We got you a Mermaid Lala and two new books! You were thrilled and couldn’t wait to get your Lala Doll in the Bath!

It was a wonderful Valentine’s evening! The best part was that I got to spend it with my favorite two Valentines you and Daddy!

Happy Valentine’s Day!
I Love SO Much!
